On average, my clients invest between $3,000-$7,000.
However, I am happy to accommodate weddings in almost any budget range, from small and intimate to those that are large and lavish! My general recommendation is that you consider setting aside 10-20% of your overall wedding budget for florals and decor.
The minimum requirement to secure me for wedding floral design services is $1,500.00 pre-tax.
Bookings in 2022 during "peak months" must meet a minimum booking requirement of $2,500.00 pre-tax. Peak months are April, May, June, September and October. These months are the most popular of the year for wedding celebrations and, because I only take on a select amount of bookings each month, this minimum allows me to take on less bookings and prioritize delivering beautiful designs and attentive customer service to each and every couple who books with me!

Q: How far in advance do you take bookings?
A: On average, my clients book with me between 9-12 months prior to their wedding date, however I have some that book me as far as 1 year+ out! It's never too early to reach out to secure me for your date. I do ask that you have your wedding date and venue secured prior to meeting with me so that we can really jump into the details based on the style and location of your venue as well as the season of your wedding.
Q: Do I have to need to have everything "florals" figured out before coming to you?
A: Absolutely not! While I am here to listen to your preferences and the vision you have, I am also here to collaborate with you and provide expertise. I don't expect you to know every name of flowers (some of my clients know none!) and I want you to come to me confident that I can fill in the gaps where needed to help you complete that vision that you have dreamt up!
Q: How do I know if you are available on my wedding date?
A: Please fill out the form located under the "contact" option found in the menu. Once I receive that filled out form, I will send you an email to confirm availability and we can chat from there!
Q: Do you "hold" wedding dates for clients who are interested in booking with you?
A: After you schedule a complimentary consultation with me, I do hold your date until 10 days after I've sent your custom floral proposal. This allows you time to review the proposal, ask questions and discuss options before making a decision on booking. After the 10 day grace period, your date is released for other potential bookings and is no longer guaranteed to be available. Book before the 10 day time is over to secure me as your wedding florist!
Q: Am I locked into the designs we choose at the time of booking?
A: Not at all! I always say that wedding planning is a process. Along the way, you're going to make planning decisions that will ultimately reflect back into the floral and décor aspect of your wedding. During our initial consultation, we will discuss an ultimate vision, however this will be adjusted along the way. At about 2 months prior to your wedding, we will meet for your design meeting. During that time, we will make final adjustments to your proposal and fine-tune all of the floral designs to coordinate with all of your other wedding details.
Q: Are there specific flowers that you can/cannot get in and where do you source your flowers from?
A: Seasonality is always a key component with fresh flowers, however you will be surprised at how many flowers I am able to source year round! I source my flowers from a variety of places, both locally and overseas. Roses typically come from Ecuador, hydrangea from Miami, some flowers come from Holland, Florida, Kansas City... You name it! Having these options allows me to source flowers even when they wouldn't be "in season" here locally. This means we can get the freshest blooms from all around the world for your special day!
Q: Do you have a contract?
A: I do have a contract that I send a copy of when you receive your floral proposal following our initial consultation. This contract protects both me as the vendor and you as the client.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, I am fully insured to meet all venue and business requirements.
Q: What do you require to book?
A: To secure your wedding date and book with me, I require a signed copy of my contract as well as a non-refundable retainer.
Q: What methods do you offer for consultations and meetings?
A: I have a studio located in Blue Springs, MO, where I host in-person consultations. If you are unable to attend in person or more of the "plan from home" type of couple, I offer consults via Zoom video chat as well. I work with many couples from all around the US who are planning a wedding remotely, and the Zoom consultations are a great option for this!
